TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2026. By booking with Denver Strippers Official, you agree to the following.
1. WHAT WE PROVIDE
Denver Strippers Official provides private party entertainment: professional dancers and hosted shows at private residences, rentals, and hotel suites in the Denver metro and surrounding areas. This is NOT an escort service. Any request for, or expectation of, services beyond entertainment will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.

2. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be 21 or older to book. All guests must be 18 or older. Valid identification may be requested at any time. Bookings made by or for anyone underage are void and non refundable.
3. BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing by text or email and your deposit is received. A 50% deposit reserves your date and entertainers. The remaining balance is due at the event before the show begins, in the payment method agreed at booking. Quotes are valid for the date and details provided and may change if the headcount, location, time, or number of entertainers changes.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
48 hour cancelation policy, after that deposits are non refundable. Reschedule requests made as early as possible will be accommodated when availability allows, at our discretion. No shows, same day cancellations, and cancellations after the entertainers have departed for your location forfeit the deposit in full and may be billed for the balance. Weather related changes for mountain bookings will be handled together and in good faith, we monitor road conditions and will contact you early.
5. SHOW DURATION AND TIMING
Show lengths are as stated for the package booked. Start time is set at booking. Entertainers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate day of timing adjustments communicated by text. Late starts caused by the client do not extend the show. Any extension of time is at the entertainers' discretion and may carry additional cost.
6. GRATUITY
Entertainers work for tips. Gratuity is not included in any booking price and is expected. We recommend a minimum of $100 cash per guest. Tips are given directly to the entertainers and are theirs.
7. CONDUCT AND SAFETY
Entertainers set the level of interaction. Touching without invitation, aggressive behavior, intoxication that creates an unsafe environment, harassment, or any request for services beyond entertainment will end the show immediately with no refund. The client who books is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for providing a safe, private, and respectful space. Entertainers may leave any environment they deem unsafe, and full payment remains due.
8. NO RECORDING
Photography, video, or audio recording of entertainers during a show is strictly prohibited. Violation ends the show immediately with no refund. Any photos taken with entertainers before or after a show are at the entertainers' sole discretion and may not be published, posted, or shared without their explicit consent.
9. VENUE
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits the event, including compliance with rental agreements, hotel policies, and local rules. Entertainers may decline to perform at a venue that is unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described, and the deposit will be forfeited.
10. TRAVEL
Travel outside the standard service area, including mountain and out of town bookings, is quoted at booking and included in your confirmed total. Road closures, severe weather, or unsafe driving conditions may require rescheduling, which we will coordinate with you in good faith.
11. ENTERTAINER AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to provide the specific entertainers requested. If a requested entertainer becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement or a reschedule. Substitution of an entertainer of comparable quality does not constitute grounds for refund.
12. LIABILITY
Denver Strippers Official and its entertainers are not liable for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from the client's venue, guests, alcohol consumption, or conduct. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Denver Strippers Official and its entertainers from claims arising from the event. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
13. PRIVACY AND DISCRETION
We do not share client or event information with anyone outside the team required to deliver the service. In return, clients agree not to publish entertainers' images, names, or likenesses without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
14. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Entertainers are independent contractors who set their own boundaries, pricing for upgrades, and conduct standards within our policies. Denver Strippers Official facilitates bookings and does not control the personal decisions of any entertainer during a show.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version with an updated date. Questions please email us.
